What triggers a snow removal visit?
For seasonal plan clients, we typically respond after accumulations of 4 inches or more. Trigger amounts can be customized to your preference when setting up your plan.
Do you use a snow blower or shovels?
Both! We use the snow blower for concrete or asphalt driveways, walkways and large open areas to work efficiently, and hand shovels for steps, decks, tight spaces, and surfaces where blower discharge could cause issues.
Can you handle my long rural driveway?
Absolutely - if your driveway is paved. We currently do not service gravel drive ways yet. Just let us know the length and surface type when requesting a quote.
When should I sign up for a seasonal plan?
As early as possible — ideally before the first snowfall of the season. Priority route spots fill quickly. Contact us in the fall to get set up before winter hits.
